Maybe [1] could be of interest. They have 2U 19" cases for up to 12
front hotswap drives (<= 1" each in height).
Price here in Sweden is 5600SEK for a 6 drive and 11200 for a 12 drive
case (sata, both with a non-redundant power supply and 26" ball-bearing
rails).
