That is, unless the MUA is braindead and helpfully turns everything into
html and then when the user "attaches" a file, it is actually inlined by
attaching the file and then creating the html to make the attached file
appear inline.  IIRC, this the default behavior of outlook.  So, if you
have users sending/receiving with outlook, this could be a problem.
