For closure, I've compared the dictionary.microsoft file between
freeradius and radiusclient.
The differences are as follows:

The freeradius file has the following lines that don't exist
in the radiusclient dictionary file:

	BEGIN-VENDOR Microsoft
	END-VENDOR Microsoft

In the freeradius file, it uses the word "octects".
In the radiusclient file, this word is "string" instead.

In the freeradius file, some lines have strings like
"encrypt=1", "encrypt=2" on the end.
These parameters do not exist in the radiusclient file.

Finally, the radiusclient file needs "Microsoft" added to the
end of each of the ATTRIBUTE lines.
I guess since they are not wrapped in the BEGIN-VENDOR,
END-VENDOR section directives.
