Doh! Don't do 'apt-get dist-upgrade'. Do 'apt-get upgrade' instead,
unless you want to install woody.
BTW, I use the following in my sources.list:
deb http://security.debian.org/ stable/updates main contrib non-free
Fraser, you'll only retrieve the "main" updates in the example you
gave.
