Postfix delivery without an account and quotas

Can Postfix deliver mail to a Maildir spool without an account existing?  If 
so then how?

I have a test Postfix server setup with an LDAP directory of account 
information and would like to have the mail delivered to /home/user/Maildir 
under the ownership of "mail".  How do I do this?

Also can Postfix handle storage quotas?
