This part is wrong, I think. It is claiming to be authoritative for
216.64.109.* which he is not, his ISP is. The entry should not be
included at all.
216.64.109.143 should be listed in your ISP's "109.64.216.in-addr.arpa"
file identifying it as 'golgotha.net.'. Otherwise, you would not be able
to do any reverse DNS lookups on your "local" LAN.
You would also want your ISP to run a 'type slave' off your DNS, so when
you change names it propogates. And make sure yours and his are listed as
the DNS servers at Internic.
