I haven't kept abreast of this, but have you looked at Cyclades?  Their
boards work well in Linux (we ran off them at LSNet for a long time, until
we got a Cyclades RAS server).  I wold guess they have an internal board
that does v.90, since their RS-4000 (the RAS) does.  If I do not
miremember the beeps and clicks of the modem, it was one of the better
Rockwell chipsets...
