even the v4 list is partially wrong. I've learned it at my depends.
Some servers listed there as "Primary push" are far from that. Their
trace (project/trace) lists more than 3 or 4 servers indicating
at least that many rsync levels and are not even using rsync
themselves (but use mirror instead). Not to mention servers that
are unable to complete a mirror in a day and are always far behind :(

Some people using my v6 server got a few 'no such file' because
of this. I'm really sorry about that. I've changed my sources and
it should be fixed after the next rsync run.

[ It should be fairly easy to track these bad mirrors using
the project/trace files and identify those that are dual
stack at the same time. ]
