That exposed an issue on Ubuntu, where riscv64 is a supported architecture. To make it migrate on the Ubuntu side, I added riscv64 to the architecture lists and uploaded ibus-keyman and keyman-keyboardprocessor again.
If that's fine with you, please update the git repo accordingly later (I'll point you to debdiffs).
