Does the SCSI BIOS show the device?  On the I2000, I usually see the
qlogic bios telling me about its bus scan just before the splash
screen comes up.

If the BIOS doesn't come up at all, then try reseating the qlogic card
-- it works best in slot 2 or 3, which are the 3.3V 66MHz 64 bit
slots.

If the BIOS *does* display that the scsi controller sees the disc,
then you have a different problem.  Try booting into EFI, and see if
the correct blk? device is printed when you type `map'.

I have in the past had some difficulties with te Qlogic scsi
controller in the I2000 -- but you said yours used to work.
