Sound should work fine.  Just make sure you have the cs4281 driver
enabled/loaded.  I use the following in /etc/modules.conf:

  alias sound-slot-0 cs4281
  post-install sound-slot-0 /bin/aumix-minimal -f /etc/.aumixrc -L >/dev/null 2>&1 || :
  pre-remove sound-slot-0 /bin/aumix-minimal -f /etc/.aumixrc -S >/dev/null 2>&1 || :

But this is with Red Hat 7.1, not sure if Debian comes with
aumix-minimal.  If not, just drop the post-install & pre-remove lines.
