Re: Translation status robot not working?

Hello Camaleón,

I have contributed a litte bit to the translations to german and have
worked on bacula and on slm. As a newcommer I have feared that I might
have messed up something which exceeds the l10-german part.

This is why I write this mail. I have downloaded the template and
checked it by msgfmt slm_0.9-3_es.po -C. I did so because I feared that
my local setup might not trigger the error messages regarding the
coding. But the command gave me errors as reported.
Checking the template I have found and issue in the following line:
"Language-Team: Debian Spanish <debian-l10n-spanish@lists.debian.org>\n"\n".
With the modification as below there is no error anymode:

diff -u slm_0.9-3_es.po.orig slm_0.9-3_es.po

May be the same issue is in the other templates, too.
I am not sure if I have downloaded the file the robot messages are
complaining about. But it might be a pointer. If not please forgive me,
I do not want to be offensive :-).

Kind regards,
Christoph
