We are very close to the end of the journey, giving up at this stage would be a shame.
Your and Andrey work will be lost, all translators work will be lost...
It's worth to make every effort until the last day before the release :)

I've CC'ed DPL. The platform reads [1]:

  Reduce bottlenecks that affect our contributors. Gather frequent feedback on what's
  holding individuals back from doing what they care about in Debian, and find ways to
  reduce that friction. Improve on-line collaboration.

Dear DPL, can you please send a friendly poke to DSAs to help us to finalize the task?
DDTP is a little reality in Debian ecosystem and there are most important projects that
require your attention. I know.
However, all translators are waiting this step since years and we would like to push
our work into the archive for the sake of non-english users which will likely benefit
from having package descriptions in their language.
