yeah, specifying debian-faq.sgml worked.
notes:
1) do not forget to do "make" first to create faqdynamic.ent
2) without specifying their encoding,
Encode Perl module produced other errors on my vm using jessie.

without sync, you'll see errors again
but you can see the incomplete result in gettextization.failed.po :)
