Fixed. Source: git://git.debian.org/git/debian-l10n/dl10n (in htdocs-static) Getting write access is easy: ask to be part of debian-l10n on alioth. When it comes at web pages, the goal is of course to minimize them and move the vast majority of pages to the Debian main www server.
