Everything is fine.

You may still want to:
- decide what copyright you want to use. Assigning to "GNU screen
contributors and packagers" is fine. You can also take the copyright
for you. Some (including /me) prefer assigning it to the
debian-l10n-<language> mailing list). That's *your* call as that's
*your* work
- add Plural-Forms header for ROmanian. There is no plural form in
this PO file but it doesn't hurt. See
http://www.gnu.org/savannah-checkouts/gnu/gettext/manual/html_node/Plural-forms.html
for details.

Plural Form for Romanian should be:

 Plural-Forms: nplurals=3; plural=n==1 ? 0 : (n==0 || (n%100 > 0 && n%100 < 20)) ? 1 : 2;

Which means:

There are 3 different ways to make plural/singular in Romanian. One is
used when there is one object (usually named "singular"), the second
one is used when the number is 0 or between 2 and 19, or 102 and 119, 202
and 219, etc. and the last one for all other numbers.
