Plural Form for Romanian should be: Plural-Forms: nplurals=3; plural=n==1 ? 0 : (n==0 || (n%100 > 0 && n%100 < 20)) ? 1 : 2; Which means: There are 3 different ways to make plural/singular in Romanian. One is used when there is one object (usually named "singular"), the second one is used when the number is 0 or between 2 and 19, or 102 and 119, 202 and 219, etc. and the last one for all other numbers.
