Yes, the zh-* files are automatically generated from one wml source. It
has to be Big5 encoded because of the limitation of current workflow.
You will find it contains mostly Traditional Chinese only because Big5
encodes mainly Traditional Chinese. We are working on the new
infrastructure which will enable us to write once in UTF-8 then
converted to localized version.
Dove, welcome to debian-l10n-chinese team! I've saw your translation but
didn't have time to review it. Maybe Aron will take a look. Feel free to
send a patch to our team list for the enhanced translation.
