Many are maybe pending. You may want to cross-check with

For now, why not? I got no answers from listmasters after I pushed
again for the list creation
(http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=486799) but, eh,
some l10n activity happening on the user mailing list could help in
that.

I hope you'll have great time in Vietnam. I already jealous of
you..:-)
