I've CC'ed pkg-clamav-devel, so you can find the message at [1], I have no idea why it doesn't appear on debian-l10n-english. My mailserver at least said it should. I'm going to get in touch with listmasters. Strange. In the meantime I can of course retry or send it to someone via private mail, whichever you prefer, just let me know.
