I don't think English rules allow such use of past and future tenses
in the same sentence. It could be "if you choose, options will be
passed", "if you chose, options would have been passed", or "if you
had chosen, options would have been passed". I think the right tenses
here are "if you have chosen, options will be passed". I'm not a
native speaker though.
