console-setup 1.26: Please translate debconf PO for the package console-setup

Dear Debian I18N people,

console-setup needs a minor update.

It already includes be.po bg.po cs.po de.po es.po eu.po fr.po gl.po nl.po pt.po ru.po th.po tr.po vi.po.
So do not translate it to these languages (the translators will be
contacted separately).
