Yes, because then the system thinks the translation to be missing and
lists it as new. Btw. it works with the robot commands (links are
given at the top) so the for the bug numbers to appear you need to
send sepcially formatted mails to (some|your) list.

Do you think it could be possible to make it available for all
languages (assuming that the team uses a mailing list and standardized
pseudoi-URLs)?

The best would be to set this on churro, aka i18n.debian.net

I would certainly like to use it for Vietnamese.
