I've also contacted upstream and he told me that the email is no condition for the license, so the games are definitely DFSG-free and I hope to get them in Debian soon. The only pending thing is the music, that is not DFSG-free (modifications not allowed), I'll have to replace it or change it.
I plan to package more Japanese games. I've discovered them recently but I have found they're extremelly nice and interesant, but also that most of upstream do not speak too much english, so I'll probably ask for help more times here.

Accoding the license text, I think you can freely distribute this game
without permission even if you modified it.
but you "should" (not "must") add your name in the readme.
You shoold caution that materials in the game (such as sound, voice ...)
may be under other licenses.
