Update mails
Thanks to both Eddy and Christian for their explanations about Level
2. I am learning... ;)
This Level 1 mail confuses me a bit.

I did update the Level 1 file yesterday, and it is complete. I
updated from CVS just now, and the Level 1 file shows as complete.
And that is what the "master translation" stats say.
I just don't understand why the totals don't reflect that change.
There's only one file involved here, and it is complete. But the
totals and the "master translation" don't match in total strings, or
in status.
