Yes. Until the maintainer switches to zope-common, you should. And my NMU will not make the package switch to this. This is a too invasive change which I should leave up to the maintainer if he's still alive. I rewrote the template to make it fit zope-common templates, therefore translation that specific template is just a matter of picking zope-common ones as a model.
