one file per language, ONLY for languages that can be used at the console (so, not for Indic languages, Khmer, etc...is those that are available only in the graphical installer).
I send reverend thanks once again to the people who adopted a Roman alphabet for our language. ;)
Yes, there's a file for Vietnamese there...probably somethign we created with Jean-Christophe André at the very beginning of the l10n effort. It includes quotes. Actually the so-called "french" ones: «»
Guillemets. We « pad » them, to avoid crowding the diacritics, especially the little hook on the RHS, e.g. «đở» and « đở ». Exactly what we need. Thanks. :)
