No, but it is not well written. We will change that to something else
(based on what Clytie Siddall sent).

Hmmm... I've fixed all the 'z' to 's' in the paper when refering to i18n and
l10n. Even though I come from a british background my stay in the USA and all
the movies from the Hollywood

Actually, I didn't want to go into details of that tool since it's
deprecated. It's mentioned in passing in 2.2.5
