I have built an ISO image where Vietnamese language is activated in the installer. http://people.debian.org/~bubulle/d-i/vi.iso This will give you a rough idea of what it may look like. However, please be aware that after the choose-mirror step, things will be in English because the packages including vi translations have not yet been uploaded. I'm currently working to build an ISO image with all prospective languages activated. --
