Nope, at least now.

Now that Euro became the official currency in all EC countries except
a minor island, two northern countries and of course recent members of the EC,
these countries locales mention Euro as currency.

For instance, just diff /usr/share/i18n/locales/fr_FR
/usr/share/locales/i18n/fr_FR@euro
