   If the current use of /lib in the FHS is a problem, have proposal
   been sent to the FHS editors? Something like or /core/modules and
   /core/translator would be perfect, for example...

There is nothing wrong with /hurd, it is FHS compliant.  Stop this
meaningless discussion.
