  Ok, I took a look at it. But I haven't seen any problem in my
environment and the code looks fine. Are you sure that their problems
are really due to my change? Someone should test *which* change is the
criminal. I can't do that, since the same problem wouldn't occur in my
GNU/Hurd box.
