"screen" works fine.
You can use it just as VTs in Linux, you run from bash
"screen" for first Screen/VT, and then (you have bash running on screen VT)
"screen" to launch next screen/VT (this is analogous to "openvt" in Linux).
You can switch by alt-F<x>

Problems are :
- lack of alt-{Right,Left}
- quite a big latency, campared to Linux
- bigger memory consumption
