packager folk please pay attention
Hi,
everyone who is compiling and uploading packages should add the following
option to his/her dpkg-buildpackage invocation:
"-mMaintainer Email@Adresse"
Thus that the changelog will contain the name of the person who did the
upload. Somebody please add this to the existent(?) documentation.
