I have added the driver to the Debian package. Next time it is rebuild and
uploaded, it will contain all ncr drivers.

OKUJI, can we have some option like --enable-all-drivers to get maximum
driver support, (probably followed by --disable-xxx to disable conflicting/unwanted
drivers)? Or --enable-all-network --enable-all-scsi etc?

Currently, I have to list all drivers I want to include in the debian
makefile, which is error prone.
