Of course. Now as Grant pointed out, these machines are primarily
intended for kernel work and are not meant to be shell servers for
each and every DD. But on a case-by-case basis we can provide access
to DDs and have already done so (eg Lucas Nussbaum is working on the
ruby issues and Arthur Loiret on gdc and other stuff)...
