stuff in ftp.p-l.o/cvs is not prebuilt.

grab ftp.p-l.o/unofficial-debs/gcc-hppa64_3.0.ds9-3_hppa.deb
and binutils-hppa64_2.11.90.0.19.cvs-1_hppa.deb

Don't think you should need the modutils_2.4.13-3.1rgh_hppa.deb
that in the same location. But grab it anyway and install if you
get "unhandled reloc type 74" (or something like that) mesg.
