It sounds like you have the knowledge.  are you able to compile this
package?  It seems to me the command stack downloads its own haskell?

This kind of functionality doesn't appear in
https://wiki.debian.org/Keyboard
It is fairly unique, I only know of one other package, kanata, that
provides this in software, and it is not in debian.
How else can you check?
