Potential new debian package in haskell

Hi Debian haskell team.

I would like to propose https://github.com/kmonad/kmonad as a Debian
package, it's built with Haskell.  This is advanced keyboard configuration software.

I understand ultimately this package would be maintained by this or at least
follow the conventions you recommend.

Whilst I can experiment with creating a Debian package, it is better to
engage early with the experts here.

Any suggestions about this potential package, or process from here?
