RE:update the package plan

Re-hello,

I switch experimental to lts-15.10

Aend I end up with this error

Running cabal-install (group default)...
Cabal install failed:
Warning: the --global flag is deprecated -- it is generally considered a bad
idea to install packages into the global store
cabal: Could not resolve dependencies:

[__2] fail (backjumping, conflict set: base, haskell-src)
After searching the rest of the dependency tree exhaustively, these were the
goals I've had most trouble fulfilling: Agda, base, haskell-src

If I look in lts the ecpected ghc version is 8.8.3

the one from experimental.

But, I have an unstable computer wchih has 8.6.

So when I test the package is think that I have only the 8.6 vesion with a base = 4.12

So what is the best way to prepare a pakage-plan for a new lts, if we are stuck with the ghc vrsion installed on the system.

cheers

Frederic
