As discussed on IRC, we don't need to and should not do that.
The upstream ghc 8.0.* release series uses llvm-3.7 and the Debian version
should do the same. The GHC 8.2.* series is currently targeted at llvm-3.8
but that could change again before the first upstream 8.2 release.
