This was fixed in git in January. I'm not sure why it wasn't uploaded,
so I've uploaded it now.

So the major problem here is that haskell-http2 fails to build on multiple
architectures. There is a failure on armel that might be a doctest bug,
a ghc bug, an http2 bug, or something even scarier. Separately there is
https://github.com/kazu-yamamoto/http2/issues/8 . Until this is solved,
things are going to be a giant mess.

If you can solve or motivate someone else to solve the http2 Huffman encoding
mystery, that would be great.

Some other less-critical things for someones to do:

  Package these for NEW:
  : bytestring-conversion 0.3.1
  : bytestring-handle 0.1.0.3
  : double-conversion 2.0.1.0
  : exact-pi 0.4.1.1
  : fixed 0.2.1.1
  : generic-trie 0.3.0.1
  : half 0.2.2.3
  : hspec-attoparsec 0.1.0.2
  : http-link-header 1.0.1
  : http-media 0.6.3
  : iso8601-time 0.1.4
  : lambdabot-haskell-plugins 5.0.3
  : lens-family-core 1.2.0
  : numtype-dk 0.5
  : recursion-schemes 4.1.2
  : servant 0.4.4.6
  : simple-smt 0.6.0
  : string-conversions 0.4
  : these 0.6.2.1
  : unexceptionalio 0.3.0

Encourage maintainers to put packages into Stackage:
  : github-backup
  : gloss
  : lambdabot
  : oeis

Some other stuff I can't think of right now.
