Thanks for the binNMU bump on haskell-network-protocol-xmpp, but I've noticed that it has not migrated to testing and is still causing other packages such as git-annex to be marked for autoremoval.
However, while poking around I noticed that several important packages are also queued for autoremoval [1] and probably require attention first.

In particular pkg-haskell-tools is driven by bug 814991 [2]. I'm not sure what the root cause is there, but for haskell-network-protocol-xmpp it is mostly blocked by an upgrade to haskell-text which has many rdeps which have not been rebuilt [3]. In total, I counted 168 packages with updates that have not migrated into testing yet based on this packaging overview page [4].
I'm new to debian packaging, but I've been lurking here for several months and have done a few mass rebuilds of git-annex dependencies in a PPA [5]. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help.
