Re: 7.8 uploads to experimental (pandoc, leksah, new packages)

Hi,

One more quick questions,

What is the correct way to resolve conflicts like this?

```
$ ghc --version
The Glorious Glasgow Haskell Compilation System, version 7.8.3.20141119
$ apt-get install -texperimental libghc-primitive-dev
[....]
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 libghc-primitive-dev : Depends: libghc-base-dev-4.6.0.1-8aa5d
                        Depends: libghc-ghc-prim-dev-0.3.0.0-d5221
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.
```

I've pretty much uninstalled all libghc- packages and started over only
installing from experimental.
