Sorry to take so long to reply to this. I don't have a whole lot of time lately for non-work projects, but I'm currently in the process of splitting lambdabot up into a "lambdabot-core" package and several packages of related plugins, each with smaller dependency lists. I probably wouldn't have the time to put together a conditionalized build of the current monolithic package, but it won't be very hard to do with the new layout so I can definitely include that. Of course, even better would be if I can get plugin dynamic-loading working again, but I probably won't have time to tackle that anytime soon.
