Basically yes, although I am not sure about haskell-devscripts and ghc
(due to the larger risk of breakage). I guess it is good enough if
changes to these packages are sponsored.


https://ftp-master.debian.org/dm.txt will become full of Haskell packages but I
reckon that is not our problem.
