1. Create file "dm-mail-addresses.list" to put DM's e-mail list on darcs repo.
2. Script "get-dak-commands.sh" on darcs repo outputs
$login-EPOCH.dak-commands format file from "dm-mail-addresses.list"
and "/usr/share/keyrings/debian-maintainers.gpg".

Should $login-EPOCH.dak-commands file's "Allow" line include all DHG's
package name?
