I rerunned the script for checking for packages without the proper -doc.
hslogger is the only one I've found with an unproper -doc package name, but
there are some packages without -doc package:

hlist
lazysmallcheck
hsh

And a package in /darcs/pkg-haskell which seems to be empty, haskell-qui.
