hlibrary.mk is already there:
prompt > locate hlibrary.mk
/usr/share/cdbs/1/class/hlibrary.mk
prompt > dpkg -S /usr/share/cdbs/1/class/hlibrary.mk
haskell-devscripts: /usr/share/cdbs/1/class/hlibrary.mk
