I should add that for all packages that have a
Build-Depends/Build-Depends-Indep split (includes Marcos package and
everyone’s who copied from him, i.e. mine :-)), a sourceful upload is
required, to put haddock, hscolour and ghc6-doc to B-D.

Kaol, how are you going to lay out your hlibrary.mk changes? Please keep
this (corner) use case in mind, where build-indep builds more than just
haddock files (e.g. a documentation written in latex) that should be
avoided on buildds. I guess you’ll want to introduce a new target
"haddock" or similar that is dependen on by both build/libghc6-*-doc:
and build/libghc6-*-dev:, still allowing build/libghc6-*-doc to do
additional stuff.
