That's a really cool tool.  I had visions of something similar for this
team down the line, but that's even better than what I was imagining.

Actually, we wouldn't have to use a similar repository layout to have a
tool like that; I imagine their tool is tied fairly closely to
Subversion, and we could just as easily have separate repos if we move
it over to something different (and of course have it check Hackage
instead of CPAN).

I'm OK working with Darcs too.  I'm just volunteering to set up
infrastructure with Git.  :-)

I won't deny that it would be far more convenient for me to use Git,
since I already use it for all my projects, but that doesn't mean I'd
refuse to work with people if the group uses Darcs instead, of course.
